The complaint
Mihajlovic v. Schedule A Defendants, No. 2:26-cv-02333-MRH (W.D. Pa.), was filed and dated October 27, 2026 (26 pages). The case is assigned to Judge Mark R. Hornak. The plaintiff is Aleksandar Mihajlovic, whom the complaint describes as an artist from Beograd, Serbia who also produces artwork under the name Alias Ching. The defendants are the individuals, partnerships, and unincorporated associations identified on Schedule A, which the complaint says is the subject of a motion to file under seal. The complaint demands a jury trial. (Compl. caption; paras. 12 to 13; Schedule A; p. 26.)

It alleges Mihajlovic owns these registrations, that they are valid and in force, and, upon information and belief, that the copyrights have effective dates that predate the defendants' acts of infringement. (Compl. para. 1 chart; para. 14; Ex. 1 cited.)
What it alleges
The complaint alleges that the defendants, who it says, upon information and belief, reside in the People's Republic of China or other foreign jurisdictions, operate storefronts on Amazon, Walmart, and Temu that display, promote, offer, and sell products bearing the works without authorization. Count I alleges copyright infringement. Count II alleges, upon information and belief, that the defendants knowingly and voluntarily entered a scheme and agreement to engage in unlawful acts including a concerted effort to market and sell products bearing the designs, and pleads civil conspiracy. (Compl. intro; paras. 15 to 16, 44 to 52.)
Relief sought
The plaintiff asks for temporary, preliminary, and permanent injunctions; orders directing marketplaces and others to disable accounts and advertisements; actual or statutory damages under 17 U.S.C. 504 at his election; attorneys' fees and costs; and other relief. (Compl. Prayer.) The same day, the plaintiff moved for a temporary restraining order, including an order restraining assets and merchant storefronts, and for leave to file documents under seal.
