The single count pleads copyright infringement under 17 U.S.C. 101 et seq. The prayer asks for a finding of infringement, actual damages and profits or, at Corson's election, statutory damages, an injunction under 17 U.S.C. 502, costs and fees, and interest. (Compl. paras. 24 to 31; Prayer.)
